  1. This is a variation on the IDEA behind
  2. Andrew Madden's web browser with HTML editor.
  3.  
  4. I re-wrote it with the following goals;
  5.         I didn't really need a full-featured browser (I use Opera).
  6.         I like having my tables pre-formatted.
  7.         I like having my link-tables pre-formatted.
  8.         I usually use notepad to make my HTML pages, this will be useful to me.
  9.         I felt like writing some code.

  13. This project is not fancy nor even elegant.  I wanted SIMPLE, SIMPLE, SIMPLE.

  16. I added a few more tag combinations.  There is a minor bug in my interpretation
  17. of the REFRESH meta-tag . . .  I just don't feel like playing with this one
  18. anymore today.
